No. The practice portfolio starts with practice cash that has no cash value. Practice orders are recorded on your device only; no real coins are bought or sold, and orders aren't sent to an exchange or broker.

Prices, market caps, volumes and coin details come from the CoinGecko API. Candlestick charts use public exchange market data when a coin has a US dollar market there, otherwise CoinGecko price candles. Screens refresh while open, roughly every 15 to 60 seconds, and data can be delayed.

For coins without a US dollar market on the exchange data source, the app uses aggregated price candles, which come in fixed sizes. The note tells you the candle size actually shown. These charts don't include volume.

A practice plan buys a fixed dollar amount on a schedule. If a buy comes due while the app is closed, it's filled at the market price around that time the next time you open the app. A buy is skipped if practice cash runs out, and buys missed while a plan is paused aren't made up. Monthly plans that start on the 29th, 30th or 31st buy on the last day of shorter months.

Go to Profile → Reset Practice Portfolio and pick a new starting balance ($10,000, $50,000 or $100,000). Holdings, plans and journal entries are removed.

Finish the Quick Check at the end of a lesson and tap Finish Lesson. Your check score and streak appear in the Academy tab. You can clear learning progress in Profile.

Yes. Tap the eye icon on the Practice card. Practice values, quantities and amounts are hidden on the Practice tab, plan and journal pages, coin pages and Profile until you tap it again. Market prices stay visible, and the order screen still shows available practice cash so you can size an order.

Yes. Profile → Price Colors lets you choose green for rising prices and red for falling ones, or the reverse.
